　プーチンがアサド政権が化学兵器を使ったとの米国の説明を笑い飛ばし国連のお墨付きなき武力攻撃は違法だと吠え、フランスの世論調査で64%が武力攻撃に反対と出、国連調査団がシリアを去った。
