≫味噌汁が私の＜自炊＞メニューに加わった・・・。・・・＜具は＞ネギを入れ、豆腐がある場合は豆腐、また、しじみが半額で手に入った時はしじみを更に入れています。≪（コラム#7892（未公開）。太田）
　相変わらず太田さんの食生活は謎ですが、味噌汁を、汁物としてではなく、具を多種ぶち込んだいわゆる「食べる味噌汁」として作ってみてはいかがでしょう。
　白菜、人参、ごぼう、しめじ、キャベツ、大豆の水煮、切干大根、もやし、油揚げ、練り物、鶏肉、豚肉などなど、入れられるだけ鍋に詰め込むのです。具で出汁を取れば昆布出汁も鰹出汁も必要ありませんし、個人的にはこっちのほうが美味しいです。大き目の鍋に２～３日分作って冷蔵庫に置いておけば、作る手間も省けますし経済的にも栄養価的にも最強です。
