＜英国の紹介はいいことだが、より、必要なのはNHSじゃない米国が医療崩壊しなかった理由の紹介だよ。↓＞
「一日の感染者５万人」でも英国が「医療崩壊の心配ゼロ」の理由・・・
４月15日以降、急を要しない手術を、最低３カ月間延期し（救急治療、がん治療、その他緊急の対応を要するケースは除く）、退院が可能な健康状態の患者は退院させることとした。
この命令にもとづき、不急部門の診療科を次々と閉鎖・縮小させ、退院できる患者もどんどん退院させ、３月末までに約10万あった病床のほぼ半分を空けさせた。これにより、ピークだった今年１月のコロナ入院患者数３万4336人は十分カバーされた。
一方、医師や看護師の確保も機動的に行われた。新型コロナの入院患者数は３月20日の時点で1580人だったのが、３月末には１万1154人まで急増していた。スタッフ不足が懸念されたので、これを補うため、３月22日には、医療現場を離れていた4500人の医師と看護師に復帰に同意してもらい、その後、医学生や看護学生も動員した。免許が切れていた医師や看護師には、特例で更新を認めた。またNHSでは、通常は異動に本人の同意が必要だが、この時は同意は不要とされ、大量のスタッフがコロナ部門に強制的に異動になった。
その後は、コロナ患者の増減によって一般患者数をコントロールしていった。・・・
こういうことができたのは、一、英国の病院の約９割が国営のNHS傘下にあるので、中央集権的に号令を下すことができること、二、元々日本に比べて入院日数が短いことがあげられる。・・・」

「・・・1994年 、自衛隊法が改正され「在外邦人等の輸送」が可能になった。
この法律の問題点は「安全が確保」されなければ派遣できないところにある。以下、自衛隊法の「在外邦人等の輸送」の条文である。
第八十四条の四
防衛大臣は、外務大臣から外国における災害、騒乱その他の緊急事態に際して生命又は身体の保護を要する邦人の輸送の依頼があつた場合において、当該輸送において予想される危険及びこれを避けるための方策について外務大臣と協議し、当該輸送を安全に実施することができると認めるときは、当該邦人の輸送を行うことができる（下線筆者、以下略）。
これで分かるように「安全が確保できない」状況では自衛隊を派遣できない。
これは大いなる矛盾である。安全が確保されないから自衛隊が行くべきなのであり、安全が確保されているなら民間航空会社にお願いすればいい。
「在外邦人」でこうであるから、「国外退避を目指す外国人」を必ずしも治安が確保できない状況で自衛隊を派遣できるのかという法的整合性の問題が残る。・・・」

AbemaTVでチラ見してたが、藤井二冠が一度も優勢どころか有利にすらならないという異常な展開で、どうやら、豊島叡王がプロレスの相手役になることを拒否しているために仕方なく、藤井二冠が片面的プロレスで負けて見せて、決着を最終局まで引き延ばすことによって、視聴者の熱度を維持させようとした、という下司の勘繰り的解釈も成り立つかも。
（仮にそうだとして、彼が最終局も負ける片面的プロレスをやるとはさすがに想像しがたいが、豊島叡王の出方次第ではひょっとしてやるかもね。）↓

そんな事態を招いたままになってしまっている最大の原因の一つは、日本の戦後の歴史学者達の怠慢。
「太平洋戦争」そのものも、その一部である「インパール作戦」・・インド国民軍を同道・・も、大成功を収めた、つまりは、勝利を収めたことは明白だというのに・・。↓
「インパール作戦の敗北招いた学歴エリートの限界–
今年は「太平洋戦争」（1941~45年）開戦からちょうど80年。圧倒的な国力の差があった米国との戦争になぜ踏み切ったのか。「最初から勝てない無謀な試みだった」と結論を急いでしまうと、今日にも通じるさまざまな教訓を見逃すことになりかねない。軍事史研究の藤井非三四氏は「陸軍大学卒業生の優遇や複雑な派閥の人間関係が人事政策を誤らせた」と分析する。陸軍の失敗は現代の企業社会にいくつかのヒントを与えてくれるかもしれない。
太平洋戦争中の1944年に敗北した「インパール作戦」は陸軍の奇襲重視、兵たん軽視、軍紀崩壊の典型的なケースとされる。ビルマ戦線からインド北東部のインパール攻略を目指した戦いで、英軍のビルマ進攻の抑止と中国・蒋介石政権への物資供給ルート遮断が目的だった。
しかし合計約9万人を投入したともされる戦いの結果は、多くの日本兵が飢えや疫病で病死・戦死し、撤退ルートは「白骨街道」と呼ばれた。東条英機内閣が瓦解する要因のひとつにもなった。第一線を担当した３人の師団長は全員途中で解任され、１人は異例の「無断撤退」も引き起こした。しかし作戦開始の前、司令官の牟田口廉也中将は「俺には過ぎた師団長らだ」と自慢していたという。・・・」
