　「潔癖」とか「正しい主張」とか、とことんズレてるのは政治学者（笑）だから仕方ないが「与党候補に議席をプレゼントしてきた」のは、野党が馬鹿なんじゃなくて、（自分たちがリベラルだと思い込んでる）団塊老人の固定票を確保しつつ政権を担う責任を絶対に負うことなく議員報酬で食べていきたいという野党の「必勝法」だよ。

　＜これぞ結果論。いずれにせよ、日本で、緊急時に政府（地方公共団体を含む）に強力な権限を持たせる法整備は必須。↓＞
　「・・・デルタ型に＜は＞強い感染力がある＜ので＞、ワクチン接種のみではいわゆる「集団免疫」の実現が非常に難しくな＜った。＞・・・
　＜他方、＞日本では欧米のような厳格なロックダウンなどが制度上難しいこともあり、・・・「日本は徹底した対策をとっていない、欧米のように法律を変えてでももっと厳しい対策をとるべきだ」という批判につながった。
　特に、ワクチン接種は・・・接種先行国と時間差がついている。しかし、日本は今、国・自治体を挙げて、懸命に接種を進めており、接種が本格化した後の接種スピードで比較すると、米国をも上回るスピードで接種を進めている。
　そして、厳格なロックダウンなどを行ってきた欧米諸国も、これまでのような厳しい規制は持続可能ではないという判断から、出口戦略が日本と同様の３点セット・・ワクチン接種のできる限りの促進・・・一定数の感染者が出ることを想定した医療体制の整備・・・＜ロックダウン未満の＞ある程度の行動規制・・に収れんしてきたと言える。
　コロナ対策を試行錯誤しながらワクチン接種を懸命に進めてきた間に、気づけば出口戦略では先頭を走っていた。それが日本の実情ではないか。・・・」

　夫婦別姓議論についても、イデオロギー対立には決して踏み込まず、自分が総務大臣だった時に、パスポートも運転免許証もマイナンバーカードも通称併記で出せるようにした。その他にも「通称使用において問題が起きるようなケース」を総務省として解決できる範囲のすべての法律を徹底的に洗い出して、1123件もの改正を行った。総理になったらそれをもっと徹底的に国レベルでやりたい…という話をするのは凄いことだと思いました。・・・」
