東条も進言していたようですがおそらく一度のみだったのでは?
どうも昭和天皇は息子のことになると周りが見えなくなるようで、信頼した人間の意見を絶対視し、更に教育係に海軍贔屓が激しく、また昭和天皇自身の教育にも問題があったと思います。
げんざいの＜太田＞コラムでも孝明天皇に＜ついて＞指摘しているように＜天皇家における伝統的な＞皇族への教育方針すらかなり怪しくなってます。
掲載の資料には昭和天皇は幼少期に挨拶も出来ないコミュ症だったのではないかと。

・軍人にならなかった皇太子

「・・・任官していた場合は所属するはずであった近衛歩兵第一連隊の橋本賢次少佐は、皇太子の任官を予期した鵜飼芳男連隊長が指揮して、1942年11月24日に連隊本部前に皇太子用の式壇を竣工したと記録している。また橋本はこの式壇の建設について「当然、師団及び軍の了解の下に造られたもので、皇太子殿下の御隊附については、時の東条陸軍大臣も軍の戦意高揚の上から是非と・・・宮内省に申し入れたと言われているが、陛下には遂にお許しにならなかったと承っております。」と述べている–45–。
このことが行われなかった理由は２点考えられる。
１点目は、前述の様に軍国主義から皇太子を遠ざけようとしていた傾向が見られるということである。
将来はいずれ大元帥として軍を指揮する立場に立つことになるが、その教育を急いではいなかったように見える。
軍人出身の傅育官は1944年７月に任官した黒木（当時は西郷）従達海軍主計大尉のみであるが、パラオ沖で乗船が撃沈されるなどの実戦を経験していたとはいえ、東京帝国大学卒で三菱重工に入社し、その後に海軍短期現役主計士官となった人物であり、海軍兵学校卒の軍人ではなかった–46–。
1945年４月になってから、将来のお付き武官就任の含みで、高杉善治陸軍中佐が学習院御用掛として疎開中の日光へ赴任した。
しかし高杉が山梨学習院長から聞いた話によると、天皇は自分が幼年時に任官した経験から、あまり幼少の頃から任官することは望ましくないと考えていたようである–47–。
２点目は、任官は皇太子教育に不利になるという考えがあったことである。石川岩吉首席東宮傅育官等は、皇太子が任官すると軍関係の行事にたびたび出席しなければならず、初等教育が完全に履修できないとして反対の意向を示していた。
東園傅育官は石川から「ご教育上、望ましいことではないのでご任官願わないことにする」と1943年に聞いたという–48–。
また軍務に就けば、近衛歩兵第一連隊と第一艦隊付になるため、空襲の危険性が高まりつつある東京に滞在せざるをえなくなることを側近達が考慮したとも考えられる–49–。
以上から満10才での任官はなされなかった。ただし、このために大元帥としての教育が全くなされていなかったと考えてはならない。1942年４月からは乗馬の訓練が行われ、後述（159頁、表6-4）するように軍事施設への行啓も多数行われていた–50–。
また高杉は日光に着任した際に、1946年４月の中等科進学の際の御学問所創設と同時に皇太子を任官させることになっていると山梨から伝えられていた–51–。
だが、1945年８月に戦争は終結し、皇太子は任官することがなかったのである。」

は、ロシア兵加害者説とウクライナ軍（アゾフ大隊）加害者説を、完全に並列で紹介しており、確かに中央日報は軽率だったな。
なお、後者の説が最初に流布され、前者の説が後から流布されるようになったようだ。（上掲）
この写真（動画）が撮られたのが本当にマリウポリ市内だとすれば、同市でウクライナ軍が反撃に出ている地域があるとの報道はこれまでない・・但しウクライナ軍側はゲリラ戦を展開しているから戦線は錯綜しているはずだ（後出☆）が・・、撮影者はロシア軍と行動を共にしている人物だという可能性が高い。
仮にそうだとすると、前述の２つの説は、ロシア兵による自作自演説（被写体が死体ですらなかった場合を含む）とウクライナ軍加害者説、と言い換えることができる。
で、後者の説が正しいとすると、件の女性はロシア側のスパイだったので処刑された可能性が高い。
こういう、ロシア高級スパイ「処刑」事件があって、真相がうやむやになった↓

ことからすると、ウクライナ政府は、どうやら、確証のあるスパイは即処刑するが、スパイを処刑したとは言わない、というポリシーをとっているようなので、ウクライナ政府が倒れるようなことがない限り、本件についても真相は永久にあきらかにはならないだろう。
なお、処刑したのだとして、カギ十字を遺体に描いたことについても微妙だ。
下掲のように、ウクライナ政府は、ロシアの言動をナチに準えることはあるが、一部EU諸国のようにロシアはファシスト（ナチ）国家だとまでは言っていないからだ。↓

もちろん、前者の説が正しいという可能性だって排除できない。
一つ確かなのはロシア政府が沈黙を守っていることだ。
これは、自作自演なのでバレた時のことを考えて公式発言を控えているのか、被害女性が本当にスパイであり、ウクライナ側がその確証を持っている可能性もあって公式にウクライナ側を非難するわけにいかないのか、いずれにせよ、話が自分達がやらかしたものと較べりゃお子様ランチ未満に過ぎないのでプレイアップできない、といったところか。
いずれにせよ、これはなかなかタイムリー。↓

ネタジ率いたAzad Hind（自由インド仮政府）は確かに消滅したが、数年後にはインドは独立した。
Azad Hindと日本は実質的には勝利したし、少なくとも戦争目的は達成したというのが太田コラムの結論でしょう。
ロシア軍は、結局、首都も陥落させられないので、威信を賭けて東部を占領したいがウクライナ軍もロシア軍に大打撃を与えている自負もあるので、東部の戦いの帰趨はまだわからんと思うよ。

⇒付け加えりゃ、既に事実上ナチスドイツから「独立」していた「ロシア諸民族解放委員会/東方部隊」は「諸民族中」のチェコをナチスドイツから解放した時点で欧州における戦争が終わっちまったんで連合軍に降伏した（★）、という流れの中に、「負けフラグ」がどこにあるんよ？（太田）

In my humble opinion, the Russian question can be resolved by mirroring Putin’s plans toward Ukraine. He demanded “denazification” of Ukraine—well, Russia will have to undergo “de-Russification.” That is, it must abandon its ambitions of becoming a “Greater Russia” and become a normal country. But above all Russia has to do what Ukrainians are doing: hold political reforms, after which no Putin, individual, collective, or repetitive, is possible. Russia would have to do this by itself—but with outside support, or even outside supervision, in exchange for the lifting of sanctions.・・・
The Russian question is deeply rooted in the past. Therefore it requires strategic solutions, not tactical ones. Otherwise, we risk doing a great disservice not only to Russia and its neighbors, but to the entire world.

「華字メディア・日本華僑報・・・記事は、「この報道の核心は、王氏が中国を代表して前例のないOIC外相会合に招かれたということである」と指摘。「OICはイスラム世界の政府間国際組織であり、西アジア（中東）、中央アジア、西アフリカ、北アフリカ、インド半島、東南アジアに広がる57カ国で構成され、その人口は約16億人である。（王氏の招待は）OICが1969年に設立されて以来、初めてのイスラム国家以外への招待である」と説明し、中国の招待について「ウクライナ戦争のような国際情勢の揺れや、世界が二分されているという特殊な背景の下で、OICが中国を重視していることを表している」と分析した。
一方で日本メディアについて、「OIC外相会合に関する報道は少数のメディアがある程度伝えたが、イスラム国家が中国の外相に出した前例のない招待と実際の参加については全員が口をつぐんだ。つまり、米国の影響下の日本メディアにとって、このニュースは中国のソフトパワーを明らかにするものであり、報道するには非常に不向きだということである」と主張した。・・・」
