「法ニヒリズム」とはロシアの非法文化のこと。

市場経済が発展しなかったロシアでは、法は自由や権利を擁護するものとして発展せず、権力者が恣意的に人民を支配する道具としてしか作用しなかった。
そのため、人民は法をやり過ごすことしか考えないニヒリストになってしまったようである。
上から下まで法意識が希薄な社会が何百年も続いたのがロシア社会である。
暴力装置であるロシア軍が、ジンギスカンの時代と変わらないのは、このためだと考えられる。

⇒私は、ロシアにおける文明の存在を認めておらず、その文明もどきをロシア亜文明と形容してきた（コラム#省略）。
しかし、その理由を碌に説明したことがなかったところ、簡単にだが、改めてその説明を行ってみたい。
ロシア亜文明はプロト欧州文明と、キリスト教と大陸法を共有している。

違いは、一、プロト欧州文明のキリスト教は超国家的存在だが、ロシア亜文明のキリスト教は国家に従属する存在・・10人の著名なロシアの聖人達中、アレクサンドル・ネフスキーとドミトリー・ドンスコイは軍事的英雄、セルギー・ラドネシスキーは開拓・植民の尖兵役・・

二、プロト欧州文明は少なくとも観念的には平時も想定しているが、ロシア亜文明には有事観念しか存在しない（←モンゴルの軛）、
であるところ、いずれも、前者は後者の堕落ないし異常形態と言えそう、であるが故に、ロシアの文明はプロト欧州文明の亜文明、と形容しうる、というもの。
（なお、プロト欧州文明は、16世紀頃からアングロサクソン文明の部分的・歪曲的継受を行うことで欧州文明となって現在に至っているが、ロシア亜文明はこれを行っていない。）
で、ロシア亜文明における「法ニヒリズム」は、恒常的有事社会・・私益が公益によって無視され蹂躙され続ける社会・・が必然的にロシアにもたらしたもの、というのが私の見解だ。（太田）

まあ、砲身を上に向けて投降のフリをして接近して油断しまくりのウ国兵をだまし討ちした卑怯なロ軍戦車兵なのか！
はたまた、目標が武器を持ってる敵戦闘要員か戦闘不能者なのかはっきりせんからギリギリ目視できるところまで待って、砲撃した順法精神あふれるロ軍戦車兵なのか。

こういう訓練で、砲撃目標の索敵やら救護やら、ファクトチェックには引っかからんだろうけどね、悪意ある伝え方だよな。
まあ、IT関連やってた30代でも、19歳でもできるだろうけどさ。
武器もってなくても敵戦闘要員として射殺されても文句言えんだろ。

これは清瀬の話だが、西武線でちょっと手前の、江古田に結核患者の養生施設だった国立療養所中野病院

があり、戦中、私の亡母が入院していて、私が中２の時に結核に罹った疑いが生じ、この病院で、かつて亡母の主治医をしていてその気胸手術も行ったいわば命の恩人の医師に私もお世話になった。（お名前がすぐ出てこない。私は、２～３年、パスとヒドラジットという抗結核薬を服用させられた。）
戦後、父と結婚した母は、第一子はこの主治医の助言に従い妊娠中絶をしたが、次に授かった子である私は、彼女が再びの中絶の助言を拒否して生んだもの。
（母の結核は、彼女が長兄の石垣生一（せいいち）が結核でなくなるまで、四日市の実家で看病していてうつったもの。この生一を成一に代えた石垣成一を私のペンネームとして使ったことがある。）
