そもそも、rashism なんて、存在しない言葉を使ってる時点で論外。
それに、（既に？）リンクが貼られている画像群も動画も開けない。
まともに、取り上げるべき代物じゃなさそう。

「・・・もともとウクライナには三つの価値観、勢力が存在していました。国土の真ん中にウクライナ語を話す人々が暮らし、東側はロシアに親しみが深く、西側はポーランドなど西側諸国寄りでした。
歴史を振り返ると、最初に発展したのは中央部と西側です。現在、避難民が多く集まっているリビウには中世の美しい街並みが広がり、中心部が世界遺産になっています。キーウにも、壮大な寺院など歴史的にすばらしい建造物がたくさんあります。
一方の東側が発展してきたのは、19世紀に入ってから。石炭が発見されたからでした。そしてロシア側と結びつきながら、巨大な工業地帯として発展してきました。比較的新しい経済圏です。
ウクライナ語圏を真ん中にして東側と西側の３者がせめぎ合ってきましたが、クリミア侵攻後に東側が勢力を失いました。ウクライナ政府は欧州連合（EU）との経済連携を進め、対ロ貿易は14年に全体の25％あったのが、19年には7％まで落ち込みました。その変化は政治にも反映され、19年の大統領選では親ロか親西欧かは争点にならず、ゼレンスキー氏が選ばれました。・・・」
