　上記のような中国共産党の宣伝が流れるから当時、南京戦に参加した人から↓のような反論が出てくるんです。

　「翌13日午前、六師団戦闘司令部とともにトラ爺以下五名も入城。銀行の建物を司令部にして、勤務に就いた。
　前後一週間くらいは睡眠もろくにとらず、気がたっていた。街の中を見れば、人ひとりおらず、静まり返って不気味な感じがしていた。その後の南京の様子からも、”南京大虐殺”など絶対に無いのだ。戦後一部の政治家が中国の謀略に嵌って謝ってまわったことが、事実として認識される様になったのだ。現に、東京裁判でも大虐殺のことは一言も論じられなかった。子供達に正しい事実を伝えねばならない。」
　南京幻派（虐殺無かった派）は以上のような南京城内で虐殺が無かったことを経験している元兵士を中心にして広まったものです。
　なお南京＜・・捕虜虐殺・・＞事件を深刻に受け止めた軍部は、同様の事件が起きないように、その後は注意をして捕虜は一部を残して逃してやるようにしました。
　その結果、例として武漢戦に従事した第23連隊長佐野大佐の日記によれば、これまでの「彼我混交」の追撃の過程で、しばしば相互が敵意を放棄した事例があったと想起し、食事時に日本兵と中国軍の敗残兵たちが集り、日支兵の区分に注意する者なく、露営火の下、一緒に食事を摂るということになっていたようで、南京事件ほどの規模の虐殺は起きなくなっていました。。
　「此ノ間ニ於ケル彼我ノ将兵ノ間ニハ、アル一種ノ親シミト同情ヲ生起スルモノナルヲ視テ、人間性ニ特殊ノ心理ノ存在スルヲ発見ス」と同大佐は記しています。

　ロマン・ポランスキー（Roman Polanski）（76歳）は、国籍がフランスであるところ、以下のような、かつて辛酸を嘗めた大映画監督です。

　そのポランスキーは、
　・・・admitted to having sex with a 13-year-old whose undisputed testimony details how he gave her champagne and Quaaludes, got her naked in a hot tub and wouldn’t listen as she — terrified — said no. He was originally charged with sodomy and rape but agreed to plead to a lesser offense. He jumped bail and fled the country out of fear the judge would give him more prison time than the paltry 42 days supposedly promised by prosecutors. He has been living with impunity and in luxury ever since. ・・・

と、ひどい罪を犯しながらとんずらを決め込んでいたところ、34年目にして、米国ロサンゼルスの司法当局の委嘱を受けてスイスの司法当局がポランスキーを拘束し、米国に移送しようとしている、というのがことの背景です。（フランスは米国に犯罪者を引き渡す義務を負っていない。）
　これに対し、反発する声があがっています。

　米国内の映画関係者も同様の声をあげています。

　このほか、ポランスキーの精神的祖国であるポーランドからも批判の声があがっています。
　しかし、米英の主要紙は、ポランスキーを擁護する人々に批判的です。

どんな勉強→　授業の合間に世界中を貧乏旅行して見聞を広める。
どんな仕事→　売れっ子漫画家になって底辺国民を思想洗脳する。

　（私の当時、東大の教養課程一年目の平均点とおおむねの順位は個々の学生に開示していたけれど、法学部じゃ開示してなかったので、法学部で首席で卒業したかどうかは学生には分からないはずだ。恐らく今でも同じじゃないかな。）
　オススメなのは、大学院を卒業するまでに、メシが食っていける資格・・司法試験合格が一番手堅い・・をとるか、かっちりした修士論文以上を書いて学問方法論を身につけることだな。
　両方できれば言うことないけど、日本じゃまあ無理だろうな。
　その上で、海外勤務か留学が可能な就職先を探して、少なくとも２年以上の海外経験をすること。（授業の合間に世界中を貧乏旅行してたんじゃ、資格をとったり修士論文以上を書いたりするのはキツイだろな。）
　「日本を一人前の国」にするための方便としては、小林よしのりみたいな漫画家になるのもアリだし、ジャーナリストになるのも、評論家になるのも、政治家になるのもアリじゃないか。
　それでは、記事の紹介です。

　一番最後の段落↓はまだ仮説にとどまっているらしいけど、もしそうだとすると、最初から人類の祖先は、チンパンジーやゴリラ（の祖先）とは違って「人間（じんかん）」主義的だったってことになるのかも。

　In Ardi’s species, the males are not significantly different in size from the females. The males also lack the dagger-like teeth that male chimps use to fight one another for access to ovulating females. Lovejoy argues that this is a sign of a different social organization. The males, he argues, pair-bonded with females. Lovejoy sees male parental investment in the survival of offspring as a hallmark of the human lineage. ・・・The road to becoming human didn’t start with a big brain.
