　「（前略）防衛上の観点から、少し普天間基地を見てみたいと思います。
　総理、今、自衛隊は国連のPKOに参加しています。
　今、この日本に国連軍がいる。ご存知ですか？」

　「国連軍という形でおられるかどうかわかりませんが、座間に国連の軍の旗を掲揚しているという事でございます。」

　「そこだけじゃないんですよ。それは日本には朝鮮戦争における国連軍というものが（位置？）されて、地位協定もあるんですよ、総理。勉強してください。
　で、その、まだ朝鮮戦争は終わっていないんですよ。まだ休戦状態ですから。
　その７つの箇所に、今、日本の７箇所に、後方司令部なり、国連の基地があるわけですよ。
　その１つが普天間基地なんですよ。総理、ご存知でしたか？」
鳩山首相
　「今、教えていただきました事に感謝いたします。」
　在日米軍（安保）の基地と国連軍の基地と、法的にどういう差異があるん？

　「現状においては、日米安保条約の下での事前協議制度が仮に実効性を伴うものであったとしても、この制度は、いわゆる朝鮮国連軍として行動する、米軍を含む・・・国連軍地位協定・・・締結国の軍隊には適用されない。つまり、「朝鮮半島有事」にあたって、米軍等は在日米軍基地を自由に出撃基地として使用することができ、これに日本政府はなんら口を挟めない。言葉を換えて言えば、日本にとって、日本有事の次に深刻な「朝鮮半島有事」に関し、日米安全保障条約のもとでの在日米軍に関する事前協議制度は適用除外になっている。これでは事前協議制度はないに等しく、日本の主権が損なわれている。」（拙著『防衛庁再生宣言』86頁）

　キブツも最近は運営側にいる人には給料が払われるところが多いですが、差があるところでも、私の知っている限りでは、給料ははっきりいってそんなに変わらなかった気がします。
　数自体も逆に増えているようですよ？

　民主党の議員連中って、海（参院選）に向かって自殺的に猛進するネズミの大群並だね。
　しかし、「首相に最もふさわしい政治家」で何で舛添君が断トツなんだよ。何で鳩山首相が２番目の人気があるんだよ。日本人は政治家を評価する力なくしちゃってんだね。↓
　「共同通信社が六、七両日に実施した全国電話世論調査で、鳩山内閣の支持率は36.3%と、・・・昨年九月の内閣発足以来初めて40%を割り込んだ。・・・
　夏の参院選を経て「民主党が参院でも単独過半数を占め・・・ない方がよい」が58.6%に上った。・・・
　小沢一郎民主党幹事長は「幹事長を辞めるべきだ」が74.8%、「国会で説明すべきだ」が86.4%だった。・・・
　小林千代美衆院議員が「議員を辞職すべきだ」も75.4%に達した。・・・
　比例代表投票先で民主党は6.7ポイント減の26.9%、自民党は2.9ポイント増の26.3%と拮抗した。
　政党支持率でも・・・、民主党は4.6ポイント減の29.0%、自民党は1.8ポイント増の24.6%だった。・・・
　「いま首相に最もふさわしい政治家」を聞いたところ、自民党の舛添要一前厚生労働相が23.7%と断トツで以下、鳩山首相8.3%、菅直人副総理7.4%、岡田克也外相7.2%、石破茂自民党政調会長5.4%の順。谷垣禎一自民党総裁は2.3%、小沢氏は1.4%にとどまった。・・・」

　小学校時代は私もバイリンガルだったけど・・。
　前回のオフ会の３次会でも言ったが、その代わり、私は九九が当時英語でしか言えず、その結果英語で得られた数字を日本語の数字に頭の中で翻訳して答案に書かなければならなかった結果、計算に時間がかかった。
　そして、その頃からというもの、数字を見るや固まるようになって現在に至ってる。

　「冷戦（cold war）」という言葉を誰が最初に使ったか。
　どうやら英国のジョージ・オーウェルらしいが、米国に関しては、二人がオレの方が先だと争ってたらしいね。
　いずれにせよ、ネーミングの由来については、オーウェルの方が後の二人よりずっと深ーいな。↓
