　いずれにせよ、これ、単に反民主党プロパガンダ動画にしか思えなかったけどなあ。

　救い難くひどすぎです。

　小沢はポピュリストの正反対で、カネと権力を背景にウラからオモテの政局を操る旧自民党的政治屋の典型さ。

　選挙は＜民主党＞敗北が確定的だ。
　もうポスト鳩山の話題になっていくだろうが、たぶん、人材はいないだろう。
　政権交代も短かったな。
　細川政権の時とそっくりだな。

　参院選で惨敗して鳩山が（論理必然的に）小沢とともに辞任する、ということになる公算が一番強くなってきたね。
　いずれにせよ、細川政権の時と違って、民主党一強の連立政権だし、野党がてんで弱くて分立してるし、参院選挙で惨敗したって民主党中心の政権が少なくとも次の総選挙までは続くさ。
　鳩山、岡田、前原クラスよりマシな首相候補、民主党にいくらでもいるさ。

　おーたんのコラム読んでたら憲法解釈や改憲よりも、憲法自体を廃止して不文法憲法＆慣習法にして、基本法は五箇条の御誓文にしろ、と主張したほうが筋な気がするんだけど。・・・

　英国は別格として、成文憲法の存在は、近代国家の必要条件であると国際的に考えられてるから、アクセサリーだと割り切ればいい。
　憲法を廃止することもないんじゃないの。

　＜本日、コラム#3920を公開したけど、＞メドヴェジェフは、カフカス問題の認識でも、スターリン認識でも、我々の感覚と同じでプーチンとはかなり違う。
　ましかし、そんな人物を（暫定的と雖も）大統領に就けたプーチンも評価されるべきか。

　アフガン、イラクから欧米の軍隊引き揚げたらテロ収束する方向なのか拡大する方向なのかどっちかな？

　最初の問いなんて、簡単に答えられるワケがない。
　後の方の問いに答えられる人は、恐らく世界中に誰もいないだろう。
　それでは、記事の紹介です。
　「中共の「資本主義」」シリーズ（未公開）が完結したばかりだけど、読んだ人には、以下の記事、よく分かるんじゃないかな。↓
　・・・国有企業は上場企業として「株主の利益を追求すべき存在」であると同時に、「雇用の受け皿として社会に組み込まれた国民の公有財産」としての２つの顔がある。表向きは市場開放されたとはいえ、外資系企業に市場を席巻させるわけにはいかない。
　そのため、あの手この手の“援護射撃”もある。 ・・・
　リーマン・ショック後に打ち出された「４兆現景気刺激策」・・・の目玉である4兆元もの公的支出の多くは、インフラ建設に投じられている。それを真っ先に享受するのは、市場を独占する国有企業である。
　例えば道路や鉄道などの建設工事は、中国中鉄や中国鉄建、中国交通建設といった大型国有企業に集中する。建設工事に大量に投入されるセメントや鋼材を独占するのも国有企業ならば、付随する電力や通信などのインフラ関係や資源エネルギー系なども国有企業。民間企業はその“おこぼれ”を狙うしかない。
　中国の経済成長を牽引する不動産開発でも主役は国有企業だ。金融緩和と低金利政策によって市場にマネーを流しこむのは、中国銀行、中国工商銀行、中国建設銀行、中国農業銀行の国有４大銀行である。
　そしてその大量のマネーが、不動産開発を主力とする国有企業だけでなく、不動産とは全く関係のない国有企業の関連会社を通じて不動産開発に投入されている。地方政府は土地を高値でリリースすることで財源が潤う。・・・

　ところで、上記シリーズの「終わりに」の部分で、現在の中共は自由民主主義抜きの日本型経済体制というネオ・ファシスト国家であるとする私の仮説を提示したばかりだけど、最近の中共と違って、日本では、オリジナルの日本型経済体制下の大企業は国有企業ではなかったし、その日本型経済体制下で、戦後、都市とともに農村も繁栄したではないか、という批判が予想される。
　前者については、日本の場合は政府と大企業との間に信頼関係があったので、政府が株式保有以外の手段で十分大企業をコントロールできたからだし、後者については、日本における農村の繁栄は、高度経済成長がある程度続いてからだったのであり、胡錦涛政権は、まさに田舎（農村）に中共の高度経済成長の恩恵を及ぼそうという努力を始めたところだ、と私は見ている。
　その日本で、日本型経済体制の崩壊傾向もこれあり、所得格差がどんどん広がってるんだねえ。↓
　「・・・日本で貧富の差が拡大している・・・。1960年代の高度成長期に生まれた「1億総中流」という言葉は、2000年以降通用しなくなっている。日本政府は昨年10月、日本の相対的貧困率（収入が中間層の所得の半分に満たない国民の比率）が15.7％だと発表した。経済協力開発機構（OECD）の加盟国でメキシコ、トルコ、米国に次いで４番目に高い数値だ。・・・
　不況とデフレによる賃金構造の変化を原因として挙げた。勤続期間が長いほど賃金が上がる年功序列制が崩壊し、中流層が上流層にシフトするケースが減少した・・・
　さらに１％に満たない低金利、90年代以降低迷する株価や地価などで、月給以外に収入を増やす手段がなくなったことも背景となっている。一方、高齢化でまともな現金収入がない高齢者世帯が急増し＜た。＞・・・」
