　＜「張鼓峰/ノモンハン事件」シリーズを公開中だけど、＞日本の戦前史は宝の山だ。
　どうして日本人、とりわけ若い文系学者はもっと関心を持たないのだろうか・・て言うほど、日本の論壇をフォローしてないけどね。

開戦直前・戦中史…戦時のことも義務教育で習う機会はほとんどありませんが…国が戦うためにはいろいろな整備や仕分けもされたでしょうし、そういうことも含めて、近代史がちゃんと後世に伝えられればいいのにと、思います。

　太田さんお久しぶりです。お元気で何よりです。
　わたしのことを覚えておいでですか。
　まだ懲りずにアングロサクソン崇拝を続けてるんですね（笑）。
　わたしはあの時引っ越しで忙しく、日本に帰ってからはもっと忙しく、けろりと太田さんのことを失念していました。
　欧州の悪口はそのうちゆっくり聞かせていただくこととして（英語よりフランス語を載せてくれたらいいんだけど。英語は日本人ですからむろん読めますが、フランス語のようにはいかない）、デヴィ夫人が、北朝鮮の日本人向け公式スポークスマンに就任したらしく、彼女のブログは死ぬほど面白いです。
　太田さんも是非お読みになるといいと思います。
　韓国の戦艦沈没について、北朝鮮のいいたいことはこれだなとわかりますから。

　防衛庁の官僚で冷戦時に防衛白書を書いた、元高官（中将相当）のブログに、『核の時代には大規模船団による渡洋作戦が事実上不可能になった、なぜなら敵船団が海に囲まれている日本（又はアメリカ）に洋陸作戦を仕掛けても、洋上ではコラテラルダメージが少ない事から、敵船団なんて核兵器使って吹き飛ばせば良い』って書いてあって吹いた記憶があるw。
　洋上での敵船団に対する核の使用は、核の時代においてスタンダードな戦略らしい。

＜関西オフ会＠神戸幹事団＞
　６月５日（土）の神戸オフ会開催まで約２週間となりました。
