　（コラム#4405に関し）在日米大使館からのリーク公信を読むのを読者にぶんなげるってんだから、いかに政治が死んでる属国日本に係る公信なんて読む気しないのかってことだよな。分かる分かる。
　（コラム#4156に関し）「1950年代には「米国」人は獣「だっ」たけれど、1960年代には「米国」人は人間の端くれ「になり」始めていた」っちゅうことだわさ。じゃ、今は？　ウィキリーク見る限り、成長止まってるねえ。

　In order to take the second step is it mandatory to modify Japanese constitution or Japanese Government’s new opinion to justify collective defense under present constitution is enough in your understanding ?
For third step it seems to be required to establish a complete intelligence unit from nearly zero level without being penetrated by other nations including US. Could I know how it could be organized ?

In my view, Japan’s constitution has no normative power, to say nothing of the virtual impossibility of revising the constituion.
So, modifying the governmental interpretation of the article 9 would be the single most realistic option.
As per the third step, Japan has robust SIGINT

I don’t think it’s terribly difficult to build an effective and efficient HUMINT establishment once japan made up her mind.
