　初めまして、いつも楽しみに拝見しております。
　ひとつ質問がありまして投稿させていただきました。
　皆さんとディスカッション（続ｘ1039）に関して、
「一神教と（無神論たる宗教である）仏教や（教義なき多神教である）神道といった宗教との相互理解、というか、一神教の相対化、はもたらされえませんよ。」と太田さんは述べられていますが、一方で、以前のコラム（※）では「神道は…宗教とは言えません。」
と述べられています。
　太田さんの神道に対する考え方が変わったのか、あるいは私の「宗教以前の宗教」や、「神道」と「神社神道」の違いについての認識が足りないのか、ご教示いただけたら幸いです。

　法学部出の法匪的なお答えだと思われるかもしれませんが、「概念の相対性」ってやつですよ。
　引用された２つのコラムでの私の議論は、憲法に言う政治と宗教の分離問題と神社神道との関わりを論じたものです。
　そのような文脈の中では、神社神道は宗教ではない、と私は考えています。
　というのは、神社神道には教義・・価値判断基準の体系・・がないのですから、神社神道が、広義の政治に関わる特定の考え方でもって個人を染め上げることなどありえないからです。
　しかし、それでは、学問的に神社神道を宗教の範疇に入れることはできないのかと問われれば、そんなことはありますまい。
　私自身、引用されたコラム#919で、神社神道について、「宗教以前の宗教」・・私の別の表現で言えば「自然宗教」・・であるとは言える、としているように、自然と人間への畏敬の念を抱きつつ、自らの心身を清浄なものにすることを旨とし、独特の儀式を持つところの神社神道は、世俗的とは言い難い宗教性を帯びた存在である、と私は考えているからです。
　なお、神社神道（を中核とする神道）が宗教であることは、世界的に認められているところです。↓

　ボク、武器輸出三原則見直しへの反対と「基地従業員の給与水準を維持した上で」の箇所以外は、社民党の言ってることに賛成だけどね。
　ま、思いやり経費総額が削減されるワケないし、当面は防衛費総額が削減されるかどうかが焦点だね。
