　『ペドフィリアに限った規制』は既に児童ポルノが規制されているのだから、規制されていると見るべきだろう。
　あなたが指しているのは“絵”の規制問題だからな。

　本質として“表現の問題”であって、ペドフィリアの問題ではないんだからな？
　なぜなら、『批判側が「幼児・ 小児を性愛・性的嗜好」とした表現による「悪影響」・・・を、自然科学等による実証（データ）として示せな』いからだ。
　だからと言って『それで直ちに批判に値しないとまではいえない』のは妥当だが、“表現の問題”の範囲を逸脱したような批判は批判に値しない。
　（少なくとも、それは逸脱した時点で別個の問題だろう。）
　そもそも、その論理で言えばあなたの言う「ペドフィリア」に限らず「殺人嗜好者」も規制すべきじゃなかろうか。
　批判側が「殺人や暴力を快楽的な嗜好」とした暴力表現による「悪影響」・・・を、自然科学等による実証（データ）として示せないとしても、

「殺人嗜好者」は病気なのだから（→想像上の世界から暴力表現を）排除すべく言論を構築すれば、日本人『全体』に対して相応の説得力を持ちえるんじゃないか。
　僕は例え『全体』の同意が得られたとしても、実害が無いのに、観念的な嫌悪感を抱いたからと言うだけで、意味もなく規制すべきじゃないと思うがね。
　規制は被害を受けている何かに対し、社会が配慮する為に（利他的に）行われるべき事であって、誰かの（観念的な）自己満足を得るが為に利己的に行われるべきじゃないだろう。

が原子炉で発生した熱をエンジンで動力に変換して動く原潜に比べて静粛性が高くパッシブ・ソナーでは捉まえにくいのは当たり前の話であり、その代わり、在来型潜水艦は長期潜航ができず、エンジンを回して電池を充電するために、時々、排吸気管を海面上に出さなければならず、その時にレーダーで捕捉されやすい。
　また、パッシブ・ソナーで捉まえた潜水艦に対しアクティブ・ソナーを使用して当方がその艦を探知したことを知らせることには一般に余りメリットがない。
　当方のパッシブ・ソナーの能力を相手方に教えるようなものだからだ。
　かつまた、この海域は、戦後、日本の中東方面への経済生命線的航路と米領グアムへの軍事生命線的航路に挟まれた海域であり、海上自衛隊が一貫して「敵性」潜水艦監視の観点から重視してきた（というか、宗主国米国から重視させられてきた）ところだ。↓
　「・・・海上自衛隊の新たな対中国戦略が明らかになった。東京、グアム島、台湾を結ぶ三角形の海域を頭文字から「TGT三角海域」と名付け、この海域の警戒監視を強めるとしている。中国海軍の潜水艦を常時監視することを最大の目標にする。・・・
　日米が警戒するのは行動がつかみにくい潜水艦だ。新大綱は「水中における情報収集・警戒監視を日本周辺海域で実施」とし、事実上、中国潜水艦への対処を明記した。
