　（コラム#4573に関し）バーレーンとモロッコの反体制派は、どちらも立憲君主制を勝ち取り、カダフィは失権する、という方にかけよう。
　分かんないのはイェーメンだ。
　それにしても中共での「ジャスミン革命ごっこ」にはびっくりしたな、もう。
　（コラム#4514に関し）吉田茂の醜いまでの矮小性が戦後日本を規定した。
　縄文回帰していた日本が吉田を誉めたたえることで・・。
　そのカリカチュアたる孫、麻生太郎が最後の自民党総裁である首相として吉田の戦後の幕引きをした、と信じたい。

　》複数の防衛省幹部の話を総合すると、北沢氏の心残りは次のようだ。

　北澤氏は就任当初、集団的自衛権には消極的であったと就任演説から推量できますが、就任して一年以上が過ぎ、当初の安全保障知識のなかったたことが幸いして、冷静かつ純粋に日本の現状を見ることができたということですよね。
　やはり、石破氏とは違いますね。

　このURLじゃ、そのような記事を発見できませんでしたが、北澤俊美防衛大臣が本当にそういう発言をしたとして、（1）だけは異論がありますね。
　年次にしばられた人事を廃止するというのであれば、また話は別ですが、ある程度年次を踏まえて安全保障担当内閣官房副長官補ポストを埋めるのであれば、防衛省プロパーには人材がいないので、警察庁出身で防衛省勤務経験のある西川徹矢君が一番適任であったことに間違いありません。
　（あえて好意的に大臣の心中を忖度すれば、大臣が西川君のことをよく知らない一方で、防衛省プロパーの若手で優秀な連中がたくさんいることに感銘を受けているってあたりかな。）
　ただし、それは政府側のことだけを考えればという話であり、せっかく（天下りではない形で）弁護士事務所に再就職し、さんざ挨拶状をばらまいた直後に上記ポストに就いた西川君、いささか無節操だったと思います。
　それでは、記事の紹介です。
　まずは中東革命がらみから。
　米国人学者のジーン・シャープ（コラム#4559）のエジプト革命との関係が具体的に説明されている。↓

　One of the protesters, Mahmoud, had been given photocopies of a handout containing the list of 198 methods but he was unaware of their origins. He proudly described how many of them had been used in Egypt but he had never heard of Gene Sharp.
　When I pointed out that these non-violent weapons were the writings of an American academic he protested strongly. “This is an Egyptian revolution”, he said. “We are not being told what to do by the Americans.”
　And of course that is exactly what Sharp would want.

　「女」のパートナーを持つ「男」は、彼女の排卵期には、平素より他の女に性的関心を示さなくなる一方、当該「女」は平素より他の男に性的関心を示すようになるところ、排卵期には「男」は「女」に警戒を怠らない。一方、「女」は「男」に、この自分が抱く他の男への性的関心を気づかれないようにする。

　やっぱ、男女関係に関しては、男と女は決定的に異なる。↑
　人間も動物だ、と改めて思うね。
　それにしても、人間科学の発展によって、男女関係をテーマにした小説なんて、もはや、陳腐化し色褪せてしまった、と言えそうだ。
