　３年前にカダフィはアフリカの約200人の「王」達を集めて「アフリカの王の王」就任式を決行。
　カネも彼ら等にばらまいてきた。
　おかげで弾圧の傭兵を集めることができるワケだ。

日本に関しては、戦後の日本がアジアにおけるデモクラシーの旗手となったのは、冷戦を戦うアメリカのプロパガンダの要因が大きいと私は思います。
　ライシャワーを見よ、です。「日本はアメリカ占領軍が改造したことで、民主主義国になった」、と。日米戦争が開始する前には、「天皇利用計画」を立案した日本学者の一人でした。1942年のことでした。
　日本が民主主義の旗手でなくなったのは、アメリカが冷戦に勝ったことで、プロパガンダの必要がなくなったためでしょう。

　Benghazi and much of the east of the country have now been lost to the government. Misurata is near Sirte, the leader’s home town, where a key tribe has reportedly come out in support of what is being called the 17 February revolution.
