　正直、ελελさんが投げかけている議論であるところの自民VS民主ってどっちもどっちという感じがします（それ自体がそのときの政権与党が何も考えこなかったいうことになってしまいますが）。
　自民党も民主党も原子力発電については、明確な意見など持っていないと思います。
　あえて言うなら、民主党の方が、25%CO2削減と宣言

したので、これを実現するためには、原子力発電を推進するしかないっていうのは、よくわかるロジックだと思います。　
　風力、太陽光などの SUSTAINABLE がどんなにがんばっても無理があります（すみません、典拠を示せないです）。
　また、ベトナムからの原子力発電所受注は、これは民主党政権になったからこそ実現できたと私も思います（コラム#1056）。

　そういう視点でいうなら、この時期にこういうことをなんですが、民主党政権の方が原子力をビジネスとして推進してくれるので私としては自民党よりよいと思っていました。
　だからといって責任？ というなら、自民・民主どちらもイーブンだと思います。
　保安院は規制側（安全サイドによるべき団体）ですが、それが、推進側（ビジネスとして）である経産省に属しているというおかしな構造を許していること自体、政治というのは原子力発電についてはあまり意見も持たないし機能もしていなかったと感じています。
　（日本の有識者というのが限られた人しかいないという現状を見ると・・・無理＜もないなぁ＞と感じはしますが。）

　原発コストは災害賠償を事業体が払うという前提で行う。
　それは保険料を入れての計算であり、そうすれば原発コスト安いという神話は吹っ飛んでしまう。
　コストが安くなければ､危険を冒して原発実施する必要はない。
　今後原発に対する保険料は鰻上りに上昇するのは屁をひるより明らか。
　よやっと原発終了と相成ったが、その代償は余りにも･･･。
