　衝撃！
　日本型政治経済体制は健在だった。
　トップ（「自称原子力プロ」の菅首相や「恍惚学者」の斑目原子力安全委員長や「高血圧」の清水東電社長ら）がよたってても、下剋上で何とかなっちゃったもんね。

　基本的に次元が違う話だけど、満州事変の時の若槻内閣（菅内閣）、帝国陸軍（東電）、関東軍/朝鮮軍（第一原発）ってな感じだね。
　この「前例」に照らせば、吉田第一原発所長への「処分」は行われないだろう。

　吉田サン、まさに、関東軍の下剋上将校達を彷彿とさせるでねーの。↓
　「東京電力福島第１原発の吉田昌郎所長・・・＜は、＞身長180センチで学生時代はボート部に所属し、社内の評価は「豪快」「親分肌」。原子力委員会の専門委員で４月に第１原発を視察した独立総合研究所の青山繁晴社長（58）は東電社員から「自信過剰」「本店に盾突く困ったやつ」との評価を聞いたが、「あの官僚主義から抜けきれない東電にあって、気骨のある人物。現場を知らない本店に口答えをするのは責任感の表れだ」と話す。・・・
　本店や原子力安全・保安院とをつなぐテレビ会議では、本店側に「やってられねーよ」と発言し物議を醸したことも。・・・
　東電幹部は「大変なご迷惑をかけていることに違いはないが、事故が今の状況で済んでいるのは吉田の存在も大きい」とかばった。

≫フランス人は不倫に寛容なようですが、これはどういう事情でこうなっているのでしょうか？ ≪（コラム#4767。）
　カーンは、不倫よりも、強姦容疑でしょ（ポランスキーは少女強姦容疑）。
　合意の上で、プロを買春したエリオット・スピッツァー元NY州知事、そして、アマと不倫した細野豪志やウッズやシュワルツェネッガーとは違う。
　さすがに、フランスも、犯罪には寛容じゃないのでは？（寛容なのかしら？？）
　それは置いといて、フランス人が（犯罪ではなく）不倫に寛容なのは、宗教が無害化（世俗化）している、ってことでないかな？
　チャールズ皇太子の地位が健在であるのは、英国人も不倫には寛容だからでは？
　「私がインタビューした政府コンサルタントの女性は、「神は死んだの。不倫をするうえで大切な道徳的ルールはひとつだけ。
　他人の感情をできるだけ傷つけないようにすること」と語りました。」

　「（権力者についてを除けば、）仏米の違いなんて、ほとんどない、とボクはふんでいる。」（コラム#4767）の括弧書きをなんでキミは、わざわざ読み飛ばすのかね。
　フランスじゃ、権力者に関しては、そいつが引き起こした強姦（犯罪）にも寛容なんだぞ。
　IMF前専務理事は、過去に強姦未遂（疑惑）を引き起こしてるし、

　ドイツには世間話（small talk）がない、というところから始まって、以下の話が出てくるのだが、面白いのなんのって・・。
　何でこう毎日、人間主義がらみの話題が出てくるのかね。↓
　＜英国人は婉曲話法やお世辞口を用いるが、ドイツ人は用いないどころか、そんな英国人をうそつき呼ばわりするとさ。↓＞
