　必要に迫られて５つの主要ブラウザを全部使う羽目に陥っているボク。
　その最大の切実な理由は当面明かさないことにするが、それぞれ使い勝手が違うしメリット・デメリットがあるねえ。
　実は一番問題があるのがIE。
　特定のサイトで画面をクリックしても反応しないことがある。
　夏枯れかなあ。このところめっきり太田コラムへのコメントや質問が減っている。
　プラトンの対話篇じゃないが、ディスカッションを敬遠するなかれ。
　自分自身と日本のため、ひいては世界のために・・。

　彼の雇用主は政府ではなく国民であろう。

　＜kevin_db1サンの＞『給料貰いながら、雇用主批判は…』の意見に対して、『雇用主は国民…』に私も同意見と申し上げ、給料は、どこから出ているのか、お忘れですか？…とお尋ねしたのです。ohtanobumasa さんの今の事ではないです。

　さてと、雇用主は「国」に決まってるだろ。
　国家公務員がこの雇用主に対していかなる義務を負っているかが国家公務員法に定められている。
　上司・・古賀君の場合で言えば、彼が仕えた経産大臣等の大臣、或いはこれら大臣を束ねているところの内閣・・の決定を公然と批判するのは、同法に定める服命義務違反（法令と上司の命令に従う義務（国家公務員法第98条第1項）違反）であり、禁止されている政治的行為（国家公務員法第102条）に該当する可能性もある。
　（ここに言う「上司の命令」は違法でないものに限られることは言うまでもない。）
　こういう国家公務員法違反をやらかせば、降任、休職、更には懲戒もしくは分限免職される場合も大いにありうるってこと。

　この点じゃ、国も一般の企業と全く同じよ。
　服務規律が貫徹してなきゃ、いかなる組織も成り立たないさ。
