　８月15日がまた巡ってきた。
　太田史観的なもので先の大戦が回顧されるようになる時は来るのだろうか。
　来るとして、それはいつのことだろうか。
　この史観を最初に採択するのは「右」かそれとも「左」か。
　戦前の日本人は、2011年にもなって、そんなことがつぶやかれていると知って絶句するだろうな。

　どういうこと？イギリスには階層もなければ差別も対立もないってことか？とするとその国はイギリスではないだろ？
　生まれによって固定化された階層はないけど、経済力の差によって階層分けは厳然とされてるんだろ？
　金持ちの子のいく学校と、貧乏人のいく学校が違うから、のちのち言葉遣いの違いで差別されるってことだろ？

　部落の人達の就職については、エリートの話をしたわけではなく、小さい会社の事務仕事とか、土方とか、自営業で焼き鳥屋とか、靴屋とか、仕事はいろいろあるだろうよ。
　いろんな仕事をしてまともに暮らしてるっていいたかっただけだよ。

　何か噛み合ってない気がするんだけど、もともと、太田さんは根本的なところのイギリスの「階級」論にまでは立ち入ってないでしょ。
　だからこそ、昨日のディスカッションの該当議論の最後にコメントを付け加えて、「ボクのイギリス「階級」論は、コラム#92を参照のこと。」と言ってるんだと思ったんだけど･･････。

　こう主張するには演繹的に推定するだけじゃなく、何らかの典拠が必要だと思う。

　取り敢えず>>69はイギリスには｢階層もなければ差別も対立もない｣という主張は含まれてないよ。
　あなたの主張も太田さんのコラムと相反している訳では無いね･･････。

　（コラム#4770に関し）「イギリスでは、所得、資産に応じて、微妙に生活様式、発音等の異なる階層は存在＜する＞」（コラム#92）が、日本では、「所得、資産に応じて」の「微妙」な「生活様式、発音等の異なる階層」すら存在しないってこと。

　今回の英国の大暴動は、10代の若者達、というか、子供達が主役だった。
　彼らは、学校が夏休みで、或いは失業中で、或いは就職できなくて、何もすることがなったのだ。↓

　私は、コラム#4770で、「私は、かねてより、イギリス社会の凝集性（安定性）はその大昔から受け継がれてきた、コモンローの存在によって担保されていると指摘してきたところ、比較的最近、これに加えて、イギリス人の間における同情（sympathy）心の遍在性も指摘するようになっているわけですが、この同情心が、どのような場でどのようにイギリス人に注入されるのかを、今後究明する必要がありそうです。」と記したところだが、私がこれを究明しきる前に、イギリス人の「同情心」が薄れ、社会の凝集性（安定性）が損なわれるに至っちゃった・・「階層」が「階級」化しつつある・・、ということのようだね。
　私のとりあえずの仮説を述べておこう。
　「同情心」の源泉であったところの、イギリスのエリートが備えていた、「中世」における「騎士」性、「近代」以降における「紳士」性・・シリーズ「イギリスと騎士道」（未公開）参照・・、が失われたためじゃないかな。
　そして、それがどうして失われたのかだけど、エリートが、「騎士/紳士」性を発揮する見返りとして、昔はフランスから有形無形の収奪をするという、また、百年戦争敗退後は植民地から有形無形の収奪をするという、見返りが期待できたところ、戦後、大英帝国が瓦解したために、もはや見返りが期待できなくなったこと、が、エリートの堕落、劣化・・騎士/紳士性の放擲・・をもたらした、ってことじゃないかな。
　そうだとすると、エリートの「同情心」をあてにできなくなったところの、非エリートもまた堕落、劣化するのは必然だ、ということにもなる。
　イギリスは、裸の個人主義社会、すなわち、非人間主義社会へと暗転的変貌を遂げてしまった、というわけだ。
　ゴールディングやバージェスらのイギリス人の気鋭の小説家は、戦後まだそれほど時間が経っていない時に、既に、イギリスがこうなることを予見していた、ということになるのかもしれない。
　こう考えてくると、イギリス・・英国じゃ、必ずしもないよ・・は、出口なしの未曾有の深刻な状況に直面している、と思った方がよさそうだ。
　『蠅の王』も映画化されているが日本では未公開であるのに対し、『時計じかけのオレンジ』の映画は公開されているので、一つ、鑑賞してみるかな。
　ところで、そうは言っても、英国は腐っても鯛だね。
　有事には、徹底的に有事的対応ができるんだもんね。↓
　裁判所は24時間仕事をし、今次大暴動での逮捕者の拘置率は、これまでの逮捕者のそれに比べて６倍の60%！↓

　太田さんは日本独立を掲げてるわけだが、日本が独自の道を歩んでいくためには、米国からの保護状態からの脱却が必要であると。
　今回の原発災害で製造元のGEに対してとか、広島・長崎への原爆投下に対して、謝罪と賠償を求めるデモがあってもいいでしょ。
　こんなに自己犠牲を続けてる国が米国から独立するなんてありえないと思うんだが。
　太田さんもこの事に関して何も言ってないでしょ
