　BBC見てると、トリポリのあらゆる年齢や階層の人々が流暢な英語・・米語じゃないよ・・で記者のインタビューに答えているのにびっくり。
　東京じゃこうはいかない。
　日本人の、英語を流暢に話す必要がない幸せと、そのことによるハンデ。
　ちょっぴり複雑な気持ちだ。

　それでは、記事の紹介です。
　この間、東電の社長・会長を務めてきた勝俣恒久は、「2011年６月28日の株主総会において、福島第一原子力発電所事故について原子力損害賠償責任法第３条１項但書にいう「異常な天変地異」であり、本来東電は損害賠償を要しないが、長期的裁判を避ける等の理由から被害者救済に務めると発言」した

が、明らかになったこの事実↓を踏まえると、果たして、今回の事故は「異常な天変地異」によって起きた、と言えるのかね。
　
　「東京電力福島第一原子力発電所の事故で、東電が従来の想定を上回る10メートル以上の津波が到来する可能性があると試算した2008年、当時執行役員だった武藤栄・原子力立地本部副本部長（現顧問）に担当者が試算結果を報告していたことが分かった。
　原発担当の武黒(たけくろ)一郎副社長（現フェロー）にもその後、報告されたが、対策は取られなかった。・・・」

　キャメロン首相以下、英国の保守層も、先般の英国大暴動の根本的原因は、英国のエリート層のモラルの低下の大衆への伝染である、という認識に到達したようだ。
　ただ、その更に原因については、サッチャーリズムまでしか遡ってないんだね。
　ボクみたいに大英帝国の崩壊まで遡れってんだ。
　ふんじゃ、何で、イギリスの外延たるスコットランドやカナダやオーストラリアやニュージーランドではモラルの低下が（少なくとも）顕在化していないのか。

　ボクは日本が世界で最も世俗的な国だと思うがね。（日本で、結婚式ないし葬式を無宗教で行う人、プラス結婚式は神式で葬式は仏式で行う人、の割合だけでも８割なんてもんじゃないだろう。）↓
