　日本で言えばNHKの『おかあさんといっしょ』のお姉さん（i.e., CBeebies/BBC）が菜食主義のおばさんになってトップレスになったっていう話ですよね。
　最近シースルーの写真で話題になってましたけど（上記Wikiページ参照）。
