　「映画評論28：ザ・パシフィック」シリーズ（未公開）の関連で、正戦論の復習をしたところだ。
　防衛庁（省）にいた者にとっては常識だろうと言われそうだが、自衛権とは違って、「戦争放棄」をした戦後日本で正戦論が国会で論議されることはほとんどなく、私自身、ほとんど正戦論の中身を忘れていた。

　太田さんは理性では多くの人に吉田ドクトリンの廃棄と日本独立の意義を理解してほしいと思っているんだが、感情的には頭の悪い大衆には興味がないかと・・・。

　まず、TPP関係から。
　元農水次官にしちゃよく言った。↓
　「・・・主業農家（農業所得が主＝農家所得の50％以上が農業所得＝で、１年間に60日以上農業に従事している65歳未満の者がいる農家）でコメでやっているのは４割弱。その人たちを支えるためにセーフティネット（安全網）が必要なのはわかる。ただし、その支え方が今の方法とは違うとは思うが。
　しかしそれ以外は、県や市町村、農協、あるいは地方の工場に勤めているような安定兼業農家が多い。戸別所得補償をボーナスのようにもらっている安定兼業農家に何のためにお金を払うのか、ということだ。・・・
　農地制度を守るということは、農地を使うということ。今は使わないで守ろうとしている。これは資源の無駄遣いだ。・・・」
