　イランでの核科学者爆殺犯について、米国説、イスラエル説（本命）、イラン反体制派説、アラブの国説の４つが紹介されている。
　この中で最も可能性が乏しいのが米国説・・戦争状態にない国でのあのやり口は考えにくい、そもそもそんな能力はない・・だとさ。

　韓国はyoutubeの再生回数を操作しているという疑惑は本当なのだろうな。

　ステマは日本企業もやっていて問題になっているので、韓国だけが悪いわけじゃないのだが、韓国人のステマの凄さと韓国人のキリスト教の布教活動の過激さが重なって見える。
　強大な中国が隣にあり、時に遊牧民族が侵入して来る朝鮮半島。
　そして海の向こうの野蛮人、倭族。
　こんな環境下にあった朝鮮半島人は、自我を守るために強烈な自我を育てる必要が
あったのだろう。
　地震を除けば、島国の倭族は運が良かったようである。

　中学教師で外交、安全保障の授業できる教師なんているかよ・・・
　やっても所詮、産経みたいなウヨ・サヨ論か、昔の朝日、岩波みたいな所謂自虐史観
それなら武道でもやった方がマシだと思うがね。
　でもただ武道の技だけやるんならプロレスごっこで終わりそうだから、きちんと武道、武士道の起源から武道を学ぶ意味をしっかりと生徒に動機付けして欲しい。

　外交・安全保障は社会・歴史の中でって事になるか。
　橋下が日の丸起立斉唱を義務付けたから外交・安全保障に関する研修のような事を義務にしたらいいじゃないか。
　おれの高校は武道が必修だったけど、全く身になってない。
　卒業後に話題になる事もない。
　自分で選択してないものに対して愛着なり、興味を覚える事なんてあるわけない。

　コラム「ビスマルク」シリーズ（＜コラム#5224、5226、5228、5230、6232、5234。＞未公開）、とても興味深く読ませてもらいました。特に「結論」には、初笑いならぬ初苦笑いでした。
　話は変わって、↓
≫戦後日本の政治家の質はどんどん劣化している。・・・
　その原因は二つある。
　一つは、戦後日本が外交安保を擲ったことで、国政レベルの政治が地方政治と大同小異となって面白くなくなり、人材が集まらなくなったことだ。
　もう一つは、たとえそれなりの人材が政治家になったとしても、外交安保に携わらないので政治家として鍛えられないことだ。
　外交安保に携わるということは、日々、人を殺す決断を迫られるということだ。≪（コラム#5013。太田）
　最近何となく思うのですが、内政と外交安保では、政策決定までに求められる「速度」が違うというのも、重要な気がします。内政の場合、決定をいくらでも先延ばしに出来ますが、外交安保は、相手がいる類の話ですから、相手より先んずるためや相手との足並みを揃えなければならない必要から、内政に比べ「速度」がより求められるように思えます。
　内政と外政（外交安保）の根本的な違いは、まず、相手の有無ではないでしょうか。相手がいないからそれに対するための「速度」が劣化し、かつ育たず、それが次第に内政を含む政治全体の「速度」も劣化させる。
　典拠も実例も示せませんが、「属国」化と政治の劣化の関連として、こういう見方も出来るのではないかと思いました。
＜太田＞
　「人を殺す」というのは「軍事」を象徴的に表現しているつもりですが、軍事に求められるのは、司令官への重要情報の集中・・そのウラハラとしての秘密保全・・と、軍事以外の分野で求められる「速度」に比べて桁違いに、迅速な意思決定なのです。
　なお、内政でも外交安保、就中軍事でも、多かれ少なかれ相手はいますよ。
　ところで、TAさんのご尽力により、「マネジメント・コントロールの発展–アメリカ国防省における経営管理システムをめぐって」（教育社「技術と経済」1977年12月号 掲載）がワード文書化され、バックナンバーに加わりました。
　タイトルから受ける印象よりもずっと広範な諸問題が扱われており、若き日の私の重要論文の一つであると言えるでしょう。

　「日本の警察庁は「2011年の犯罪発生件数は前年に比べ6.6%少ない148万826件で、９年連続で減少傾向を示している」と13日発表した。犯罪発生件数が150万件以下に減ったのは、この30年間では初めて。中でも殺人は1015件で、戦後最少の記録を昨年に続き更新した。警察庁は「刑事犯は戦後最悪だった02年と比べ半分程度にまで減った」と説明した。
　　昨年の交通事故による死亡者数は4611人で、1970年（１万6765人）の３分の１以下に減った。交通事故による死亡者が4700人以下に減ったのは、1952年以来59年ぶりだ。日本は、韓国に比べ人口が3倍程度多いが、交通事故による死亡者数は、韓国（2010年は5505人）よりむしろ少ない。・・・」
