≫＞「船中八策」だが、「大阪都」構想を除けば、大阪とは何の関係もない話ばかりだ。（道州制すらそうだ。大阪都ができて、かつ道州制になれば、自治体は、現在の都道府県-（区）市町村という二層構造から、大阪に関しては、近畿道/州-大阪都-（区）市という三層構造へと複雑化してしまう。）
　簡略化するために決定権を分散させようって言うのが都構想なんじゃなかったっけ？≪
　都構想と道州制を分けて考えろって事じゃないだろうか？
　大阪を都にして大阪都-区の二重行政に変えたきゃお好きにどうぞ、決定権の分散でも何でも好きにやればいい、ただしこれに道州制を導入してしまうと三重行政になって複雑化してしまう・・・って事かな？
　つまり効果が有るのか無いのかは知らんが大阪都構想はまだ大阪にとって意味のある政策であるのに対し、道州制ってのは大阪にとって何らメリットは無い、つまり「船中八策」は大阪都構想を除けば大阪とは何の関係も無い話ばかりだよ。
・・・って＜太田さんは＞言ってると認識したんだけど、間違ってたら訂正してやって下さい。
　それにしても最近は橋下バッシングの声が高まってきてるようには感じるんだけど、実際はまだまだ支持率高いんだなぁ。
