　これも確か、米国でも見られる傾向だったよね。（コラム#を思い出せない。）
　まず、日本における生涯未婚率の高まり（コラム#5453）は、下掲のように、先進国全体に見られるところの、「お一人様症候群」、とでも呼ぶべき現象のあらわれである、と前向きに受け止めるべきかもしれないね。↓

　しかし、それだと鬱状態に陥りがちなので（コラム#5377）、親と同居する・・パラサイトシングル/パラサイト中年になる・・ことで、鬱を回避しようとするのではないか、というのが私の仮説だ。
　この関連だが、支那思想の専門家であると承知している立命館大学教授という肩書の加地伸行のような有識者が、こういう半可通の戯言をおっしゃるから困るんだよねえ。↓
　「・・・明治以来、日本は欧米の個人主義を模倣してきた。もっとも、昭和20年の敗戦までは、実質は家族主義との折衷であった。
　しかし、昭和21年に制定された日本国憲法は個人主義一色であり、法律や制度から家族主義を叩き出してしまった。そして、六十有余年の間に、実質的にも家族主義は後退してしまった。・・・

　お答えいただきありがとうございました。
　なるほど、現状の官僚の仕事が忙しいのは、仕事が国会答弁作成である以上はしょうがないのですね。
　ただ、それが本当にどうしようもないのかはわからないですが。
　なにせ、本当に、国会の答弁作成が高級官僚の仕事であるべきなのかには大いに疑問符が付くのですから。
　となれば、それを検討すれば答えはおのずと導き出されるというところでしょうか。

　法令案の策定、というのがあくまで中央官庁の官僚のメインの仕事なので誤解のないようお願いしますね。
　要は、中央官庁の官僚について、激務の中央勤務と（「休養」と「勉強」のための）教育研究機関/地方/海外における「勤務」とを繰り返すキャリアパスを適切に維持することです。

↑「眼窩前頭皮質はヒトの脳の中でも最も理解が進んでいない領域である」そうです。
　あと、こういうものもありました。
　「研究の結果、前頭葉の左側のDLPFC（背外側前頭前野）が活性化すればするほどうつ病の症状が改善することがわかってきたという。
　うつ病のカギを握っているのが扁桃体。
　扁桃体は、不安・恐怖・悲しみなどの感情が生まれる場所。
　うつ病は、扁桃体が暴走して不安・恐怖・悲しみなどが止まらない状態だと考えられる。
　DLPFCの機能
・判断や意欲をつかさどる
・扁桃体の暴走を抑える役割
　磁気刺激でDLPFCが活性することで本来の機能を取り戻すことができるという。」

　人間社会に生きていれば「不安・恐怖・悲しみなどの感情が生まれ」、常に扁桃体が暴走する要因はあるけれど、利他的社会であればその暴走を抑制 する機能もあるというこ とでしょうか。
　あるいは、そもそも利他的な社会ではうつになりにくいということかもしれませんが、釈迦の説く「喜捨」が（個人の）精神（ないし社会全体）の安定 をもたらすことが脳科学的に解明されつつある、裏付けの一つでしょう。

　尖閣諸島の領有権が台湾に属することを丁寧に説明する、台湾の学者のコラムだ。
　彼の指摘が正しければ、北方領土ほどじゃないけど、国際司法裁判所に持ち出したら、日本は負ける可能性が高いね。↓
