Gilani refused, prompting the contempt-of-court conviction in April.・・・

　英コモンロー法系を継受させられた、旧英植民地諸国では、同性愛を禁じる法のある場合が多い。逆に、大陸法系を継受させられた、或いは継受した国では少ない。↓
