　ちなみに、２部別室＝調査部別室は情報本部の前身であり、内局が直接管轄していたが、いわゆる、２部別班＝調査部別班＝運用支援・情報部別班なるものの存在はボクも在職中は聞いたことがない。
　内局で知ってた部局があったのかも分からない。
　いずれにせよ、その共同電や下掲朝鮮日報記事↓だけじゃあ、情報が乏し過ぎるね。
　「・・・別班の海外展開は冷戦時代に始まり、主に旧ソ連、中国、北朝鮮に関する情報収集を目的に、国や都市を変えながら常時3カ所程度の拠点を維持してきた。最近はロシア、韓国、ポーランドなどで活動しているという。・・・」

　別班については、諜報要員を訓練名目で民間人になりすましている、って報道がかつてなされたことがあったと思うが、その「民間人」が海外にまで出張って行ってたっちゅうの、可能性としてはなきにしもあらずだが・・。

　福岡オフ会参加します。
　偶然ですが１月25日は小生の誕生日ですが、オフ会開催はビッグなプレゼントです。
　幹事様ありがとうございます。
＜Chase＞
　・・・博多市民センターは、博多駅からバスで４つ目の停留所「山王公園前」で降りて、歩いて５分くらいです。
　博多駅から歩けば、20分くらいです。私は博多駅から歩いて往復しました。
　大きな筑紫通りをまっすぐあるけばよいのでそんなに迷わないです。
　部屋も見てきましたが、・・・よい部屋だと思います。・・・
　・・・二次会の場所はまだ時間がありますので、今後、いくつかの案を考えながら＜太田さんとオフ会幹事団の皆さんに＞ご連絡します。
　博多は小さな街ですので、地下鉄の移動も短いですし、博多駅周辺、中洲、天神・大名等なら移動もそんなに苦になりませんが、博多駅市民センターから、地下鉄の駅（博多駅）が若干遠い（徒歩20分）ですので、一応、博多駅周辺でまずプランを考えてみます。
　博多駅周辺は、今、JR博多シティ

とかで、中洲、天神に劣らず、にぎわっています。

　一次会（会議室）と三次会（喫茶店）は飛び入り参加でも通常大丈夫です。
　二次会（会食場）が、個室で、或いは事前に料理を注文するスタイルの場で、行われる場合は、数日前までのお申し込みが必要になります。
　いずれにせよ、できれば、いずれ作成される申し込みフォームでお申込みいただけるとありがたいです。

　独領西アフリカやペルーの原住民迫害を糾弾してナイト爵を授与され、後にアイルランド独立運動に加わって大逆罪で処刑された、ジャー・ケースメント（コラム#5128）についての詳しい記事が出ていた。↓
