下級審は＜、＞憲法に規範性なし、よって一法律（民法）にだって常に規範性があるワケないだろって考えたってことかもね。
　日本の裁判官は、まっこと、法にも先例にも羈束されない自由人でらっしゃるのである。
　ま、本件に関する限り、法改正を怠ってきた法務省と国会議員連中が責められるべきだろうが・・。

　自殺直前でハマスが思い止まったということだな。

　この１週間でウ軍輸送機と戦闘機を撃墜した叛乱側、2001年に誤って露旅客機を撃墜したウ軍双方が脛に傷を持つ。

　意味合いとしては変わらないと思うけど？
　提供された情報を読むに、昔は搾取は無かったけど最近になって搾取が行われるようになった。
　それは最近になって専業主婦という存在が発明されたからだよね？
　その専業主婦の活動拠点は家の中な訳で、専業主婦による搾取が行われているなら家の中でない？
　専業主婦による搾取というのは旦那の稼ぎを毟っている事をいっているのだろうし・・・多分だけど。

　俺の母親が専業主婦だったけど、父親から自分の服一つ自由に買わせて貰えて無かったよ。（俺達兄弟もだけど）
　服に限らずありとあらゆるモノは自由に買う事が出来なかったし、勝手に買ったら1周間はグチグチ文句言われ続けた。
　（俺がバイトして買った自転車ですら3年くらい文句言われたもんなぁ。）
　お金は母親が管理していたけど、それを使う自由なんて微塵も無かった。
　そういう事があるんで俺達が小さい頃に一度働きに出たらしいんだけど、炊事洗濯掃除は一切協力して貰えず、それどころか仕事で疲れきって家の事が少しでも疎かになると
それを親族一同から責められて結局泣く泣く仕事を辞めて育児と家事に専念するようになったって念仏のように聞かされたよ。
　俺含む兄弟がある程度大きくなって家事等を手伝えるようになる頃には体壊して働けない体になってた。
　結局母親が早死しちゃったって事は我が家の場合は小規模な例外だったって事で、太田さんはもっと大きな、日本の社会制度そのものを取り上げて仰ってるんだろうなと頭では理解してるんだけど、そういう経験があるんで専業主婦による搾取って言われてもピンとこない。
