　セミナー会場が広いホールになり、ワイアレスマイクを使って話をしたが、今までの部屋と違って、スライドを使う時だけ＜照＞明を暗くするというわけにいかず、せっかく配布したのにレジメを聴衆が読めないという問題が起こった。
　とまれ、スライド等作成支援グループの献身的努力と市関係者のご尽力に深謝。

　非論理的な行動に見えたからと言って、それを「国家指導部の熟慮のうえ」のことじゃない、と思っちゃダメだよ。
　全ては、日本化戦略（日本を米国から「独立」させる）から来てる、と考えりゃ、合理的極まる行動なんだよ。
　（これ以上、第三国を反中にしないのなら、また、直接日本や米国と「危険な形で」ことを構えたくないのなら、日本や米国と「安全な形で」ことを構えざるをえないってことなんだわさ。↓
　「シーライト米国防次官補代理（南アジア、東南アジア担当）は29日、ワシントンの米国防総省で朝日新聞のインタビューに応じた。南シナ海上空での中国軍機＜（戦闘機）＞による米軍機＜（偵察機）＞に対する異常接近に関して、「（中国の）国家指導部の熟慮のうえなのか、一操縦士の無謀な行動なのか分からない」と述べ、米政府として命令の出どころがどこだったのか、把握していないことを明らかにした。・・・」

露のナショナリズムには、旧ソ連領ないし露帝国領の回復を目指すものとロシア人ないしスラヴ人を対象とするものとがあるってんだけど、ちゃうのよ。
　要するに、ロシアには、安全保障上の緩衝地帯の拡大に向けての衝動があるだけで、そりゃナショナリズムとは必ずしも関係ないんだよ。↓
