　党直轄の中共軍の行動（含非行動）に関して共産党内に政敵など存在しえない一方、習は一部人民の「突き上げ」を対日「脅威」増大の見地からむしろ期待しているはず。
　他方、オバマは「領空」侵犯の可能性を口にしつつも行うことはないはず。
　両首脳連携の妙技に拍手喝采を！

　とまれ、そういう状況の下、トランプの、同盟国がやる気がなきゃ、米国がその国の防衛をやってやる必要なんてない、との考え方は、少なくとも高く評価すべきだ、とするコラムだ。↓
