　私は全曲聞いていましたけど、＜当時の＞太田さんの雰囲気はちょっと違っていたような…。
⇒いやー、御明察。
　太田裕美特集を組むのがこんなに遅れたのは、彼女がデビューした70年代は、まだ私が歌謡曲に開眼していない、というか、音楽自体から、中学生の時のピアノでの挫折してからというもの、逃げ回っていた時代であり、太田裕美よりやや後でデビューした久保田早紀のおかげで、私がちょっぴり歌謡曲に目覚めるのは、それよりも後でしたからね。
　それ以降も、太田については、聞き流す程度の状態が続き、やがて、彼女、TVから消え、私も彼女を忘れていたところ、数年前にyoutubeで彼女の歌に接し、ようやくいいなと思うようになった、というわけです。
　明日、久しぶりにアップする中森明菜に至っては、80年代初頭に彼女が登場した頃は、彼女の歌、大っ嫌いでしたねえ。（太田）
　松本隆の独特なセンチメンタリズムは太田裕美で開花して、松田聖子で大輪の薔薇となりました。
