　それでは、その他の記事の紹介です。
　日本は資本主義的社会だが資本主義社会じゃないってことを踏まえないと、こういうばかげたコラムが出現することになる。
　新日本監査法人が「処罰」されたのは、日本が資本主義社会であるとのフィクションを、フィクションでございますって大声で叫んだに等しい職務怠慢ぶりを何度も露呈したからだよ。（太田）↓
　「・・・アメリカで監査報酬が非常に高いのも（最低でもゼロが一つ違う）、監査を軽視して訴訟で負けると会社が被る制裁金（課徴金）等の額がきわめて大きく、また監査法人に辞められると、後任はいないため、上場廃止を覚悟しなければならないためという。つまり、被監査会社に対する監査法人の強い交渉力と、高い報酬とがアメリカの監査実務を可能にしている。
　しかし、日本では監査報酬を、経営にとって必要不可欠で重要な費用と考えている経営者は少なく、どうせ訴訟にはならないことを前提に少しでも安くたたこうとする。そして、ひとたび問題が起きれば世を挙げて監査法人の責任追及に走る。日本の監査法人はこうした状況に置かれている。・・・
　新日本監査法人はオリンパス事件も担当していたとして指弾されているが、少なくともオリンパスによる当初の対応は、評価損を一時的に転売する「飛ばし」は違法ではないという金融庁の当時の行政解釈が一因だったことは確かである。・・・」
