　当然のことではあるが、若年期の外的要因による死は男の方が女より圧倒的に多い。
　人種別だとインディアンがとりわけ特異だな。
　それにしても、内的でも外的でもない「その他」の要因ってなんだろ。

　文枝さん夫婦は長く別居状態が続いています。・・・

　中共当局、日本的経営を絶賛する記事を次々と。
　（もち、褒め過ぎだが、決して褒め殺しを意図してるワケじゃないのであって、人民に、何がなんでも日本型政治経済体制、ひいては日本文明を継受するように求めてるってこと。（太田））↓
　「中国メディア・捜狐＜が＞・・・ポイントとして最初に挙げたのは「改善という言葉が日本で最も日常的に使用されている言葉であり、ニュースの中で毎日のように行政や政治家が貿易、外交、社会福祉、労使問題などの問題について改善を口にしたことが伝えられている」という点。改善は日本のマネジメントにおいて最も基本的な哲学であり、重要な理念であるとした。
　次に、欧米が革新や結果を重視した思考方式であるのに対して、日本は改善とプロセスを重んじ強調するが、「改善の強調は決して革新をないがしろにする物ではない」と論じた。そのうえで「改善に終わりなし」という信念が日本人の思考に深く根差し、もはや生活スタイルの１つになっているとも評した。
　さらに、改善の立脚点は「どんな企業にも問題が存在する」という点にあり、改善による問題解決方法は一種の企業文化を構築し、各個人に問題の存在を自覚させることになると説明。例として、新製品の開発において問われるマーケティング、エンジニアリング、生産といった部門間の調整について、欧米はコンフリクトを解決するという視点で見るのに対して、日本の「改善」方式では管理者がシステマティックな協同方式を採用することで解決が実現すると解説した。そして「これが日本が持つマネジメント競争力の秘密の１つなのだ」とした。・・・」

　「・・・中国メディアの捜狐はこのほど、「日本企業の越冬の道に学べ」と題する記事を掲載した。記事は、日本企業が10数年の「寒冬」を持ちこたえることができた主な理由として４つの点を挙げている。まず１つ目は「日本企業には強い危機感があること」だ。この危機感が日本企業のモデル転換や変革、イノベーションおよび新たなビジネスチャンスを探す原動力になったと分析。一方の中国企業は、冬の時代が到来しつつあると言われているにもかかわらず、明確な危機感もなく、とても危険な状態にあると指摘した。２つ目として「奮闘精神と自信」を挙げている。日本経済は多くの困難に直面しているものの、「国民の忍耐力、楽観的な見方、勤勉さと奮闘精神には変化なく、生活や仕事に対する熱意のほか、強い信念にも変化は見られない」と評価。日本企業は日本国民が持つ奮闘精神に支えられてきたと分析した。３つ目として「日本企業の社会的責任と使命感の強さ」があるという。産業によって国に恩返しをするというのは日本企業が最初に提起したものだと指摘。日本企業のこうした強い使命感が日本製品のイメージを作り上げたとし、この使命感がより危機に対応できた１つの要因であると論じた。さらに記事は、４つ目の点として「苦労をともにする企業文化」があるという。日本の多くの企業では、ここ何年間も給料がさほど上昇していないにも関わらず、社員は平和的かつ楽観的で、勤務態度もすばらしいと指摘。確かに日本では中国のように給料の不払いがあっても社員が暴動を起こすようなことはない。日本には企業と社員がともに成長する企業文化があり、多くの企業は経営困難に陥ったときにリストラではなく減給措置をとったと説明した。ほかにも、「流れに任せる」ことで冬なら冬にすべきことをしてやり過ごし、リスクを抑えることや、日本企業が「徹底した管理」という核心的な競争力を有していることも、厳冬に対処するうえでの重要なポイントだと指摘。経済成長率が低下し、冬の時代を迎えつつある中国企業は日本企業から学ぶべきだと論じている。」

　「・・・中国メディア・南方日報は１月29日、日本企業が経営理念に基づくオリジナリティあふれる企業文化を確立している例を紹介した。記事が紹介したのは、大阪に本社を置き足場のレンタル業などを営むSRGタカミヤの例。同社が「愛」を企業文化の中心に据え、社内に「己を愛する、人を愛する、会社を愛する」という言葉を掲示しているほか、結婚や出産にボーナスを出すなど早期の結婚や出産を奨励していることを紹介した。そのうえで、「家庭に責任が持てる人こそ、責任ある仕事ができる。妻が夫の仕事を理解し、睦まじい家庭があって初めて、会社も安定する」という独特な経営理念が同社の文化を生んでいることを伝えた。そして、この文化によって同社では創業から47年間従業員の流失率が低い状態を保っているとした。記事は、「中国の経営者は常に、進んで残業する日本の会社員の奉仕精神を羨むが、企業文化という角度からその精神の背景に存在するものを観察すべき」と解説。さらに重要なことは「企業文化はスローガンや標語ではなく、ルールや懲罰制度にまで落とし込むものだ」とし、従業員の家庭づくりを重視、奨励する同社の規則はいささか「奇抜」ながらも、そこには十分な愛が感じられると評した。そして「われわれにとってもっともリアルな参考例の１つだ」とした。・・・」
