　天皇批判が「右」からにせよなされること自体は全く構わないが、どうやらこの２人の対談者、天皇制が続いてきた真の理由がお分かりでないようだ。

　今上天皇（皇太子時を含む）の戦前史認識や公務ぶりの凄さについての過去コラムもお読みになったと思いますが、我々凡俗の批判など苦笑されて終わりです。

　肝を揺さぶるような結構深刻な計算をした上で生じた意味ある犠牲だから許してね！
　もし日本に原爆落としてなかったら今頃日本人はロシア語話してたかもよ。
　まっ真面目に言えば、原爆が戦争を終わらせたという神話はやめよう程度の認識。

　でも、そりゃ、ないものねだりってもんだよ。
　オバマは、大統領就任以来、米国内と日本の自民党/外務省の反対の無力化に向けて周到な布石を次々に打つことで、米現役大統領の広島訪問・・事実上の謝罪・・実現目前までもってこれたんだからね。
　少なくとも、「オバマも同類」じゃないことは明らかだよ。
　なお、それがキミが引用した上掲コラム記載の理由からではないのは、（米大衆向け説明はどうあれ、）それがトルーマンの真意であったことは、彼以降の歴代米大統領や対外政策エリート達の間の常識であり続けてきた（典拠省略）ところ、それにもかかわらず、これまで米大統領の中で、広島訪問を行ったどころか、行おうとした者すらいなかったことに照らし、これまた明白。

　「立憲主義は、国民が憲法という禁止条項で権力を縛るものです。その根底にあるのは、人間の理性には限界があり、必ず間違いを犯す、権力者も時に暴走してしまうという保守的な人間観です」・・・」

　特にガン治療においては、早期発見に関する技術力、医療従事者の能力の高さなどを指摘したうえで、日本のガン治療は世界最先端の水準にあると紹介。それでいて、日本の医療費は先進国のなかでは低いほうであり、一部の手術は米国の10分の１の金額で受けられると紹介、こうした点が評価され、中国の富裕層は医療サービスを受けに日本を訪れているのだと指摘した。
　また記事は、日本は世界でも治安の良い国であり、公共交通機関も発達しているため、中国人にとって医療サービスを受けている合間に観光や買い物をするうえで便利だと指摘。地理的に中国からも近く、食べ物も安全であるうえに、医療従事者も礼儀正しく、快適であると指摘、「中国人にとって日本は医療観光で訪れるのに最適な国だ」と論じた。
　北京市や上海市など、中国の大都市における大気汚染の深刻さは日本でも広く知られている。中国・北京市では過去10年間で肺ガンの患者が43%増加したほか、北京市腫瘤防治研究弁公室（腫瘍予防治療研究事務室）などによると、中国全土で見た場合は「10秒に１人の割合でガン患者が見つかる」状態だという。」
