However, the acute male labor shortages that followed World War II spurred other Communist governments to push forward with various programs for women’s emancipation, including state-sponsored research on the mysteries of female sexuality. Most Eastern European women could not travel to the West or read a free press, but scientific socialism did come with some benefits.

In all the Warsaw Pact countries, the imposition of one-party rule precipitated a sweeping overhaul of laws regarding the family. Communists invested major resources in the education and training of women and in guaranteeing their employment. State-run women’s committees sought to re-educate boys to accept girls as full comrades, and they attempted to convince their compatriots that male chauvinism was a remnant of the pre-socialist past.
　Although gender wage disparities and labor segregation persisted, and although the Communists never fully reformed domestic patriarchy, Communist women enjoyed a degree of self-sufficiency that few Western women could have imagined. Eastern bloc women did not need to marry, or have sex, for money. The socialist state met their basic needs and countries such as Bulgaria, Poland, Hungary, Czechoslovakia and East Germany committed extra resources to support single mothers, divorcees and widows. With the noted exceptions of Romania, Albania and Stalin’s Soviet Union, most Eastern European countries guaranteed access to sex education and abortion. This reduced the social costs of accidental pregnancy and lowered the opportunity costs of becoming a mother.・・・

　中国は1978年、改革開放によって市場経済に舵を切った。改革開放初期の中国では日本製品や日本の自動車は「高嶺の花」であり、憧れの存在であったが、記事は「コースターは改革開放初期の中国において、その卓越した安定性と信頼性によって商用車としての人気を集めた」と紹介した。
　さらに、コースターの地位は現代の中国で揺るぎないものとなっているとし、「中国政府の関係者がコースターに乗って地方を視察する様子を見たことのない中国人はいないだろう」と指摘。中国にも多くの自動車メーカーが生まれ、コースターを模倣するメーカーもあったが、政府関係や送迎用としてふさわしい品質を備えたマイクロバスは中国メーカーからは生まれず、コースターが今なお中国の商務用自動車の市場でほぼ独占状態にあるとした。
　記事は、中国で今も売れ続けているトヨタのコースターは２０年以上も前に登場した３代目のモデルであり、中国メーカーはその３代目のコースターを今なお必死に模倣していると指摘。それでもエンジンや全体の品質で本物には到底及ばないのが現実であるとする一方、それだけ高いクオリティを持つコースターはまさに「神車と呼ぶにふさわしい」マイクロバスだと伝えている。」

　「・・・唯美系はこのほど、日本と中国の子どもたちの違いはどこにあるのかを分析する記事を掲載した。　
　わずか９秒ほどの動画には、日本の子どもたちが礼儀正しく道路を横断している様子が映っており、そこに「日本の民度は本当に超一流だった、香港人もこれに倣って頑張ろう！」とコメントが付けられていたという。確かに日本では横断歩道で停車した車に対して、一礼して道路を渡る子どもを目にするが、こうした姿が中国のネット上で大きな反響を呼んだという。　
　日本の子どもたちの礼儀正しさに対し、中国のネット上では中国の現状を嘆いたり、仕方ないとあきらめる人が目立ったそうだ。記事は、礼儀とは「社会と家庭の教育にある」と主張し、中国の問題点は親も社会も子どもに良い手本を示すことができていないことにあると指摘し、「中国人だって変わることは可能だ」と主張した。　
　例えば、記事によれば中国の親は外では麻雀仲間とけんかし、家でも子どもに「おはよう」も「おやすみ」も言わないのに、子どもには礼儀正しさを期待するのだという。親の一挙一動が子どもにとっては教育となるため、中国の親に「自分を見つめなおす」ことを訴えた。　
　それに加えて、社会全体の与える影響も見過ごせないと指摘した。話題となった動画には、子どもたちが道を渡るのを待つ車も映っている。中国では、お年寄りや子どもに向かってクラクションを鳴らす大人がいる。また、自分勝手に道の真ん中で車を停める大人もいる。さらにはエレベーターでタバコをふかす、列に割り込む、レストランでも上半身裸になるなど、大人による礼儀とは程遠い多くの行為が見られ、それを子どもが学んでいると指摘した。」

　「・・・今日頭条は・・・たい焼きを「日本特色のスナックフード　必ず口にしたいグルメ」として紹介する記事を掲載した。記事はたい焼きについて「日本の東京で生まれた、主に小麦粉、砂糖、牛乳、重曹を材料とする生地を鯛状に成型した和菓子である」と説明している。
　そして「あずきあんのしっとり感と、表面のパリッとした食感がいい。熱いうちに食べるべきだ。ウーロン茶を組み合わせると、さっぱりとした後味を楽しむことができる。あずきあん以外にもチーズや抹茶といった中身のものもある」と紹介した。緑茶ではなくウーロン茶を勧めるところが、なんとなく中国っぽい。
　記事はまた、たい焼きの起源についても言及。「明治時代に、生地を平べったい円筒形にして焼く今川焼が、様々な動物の型で焼かれるようになった。特に庶民にとっては高嶺の花で到底食べることのできなかった鯛を模したものが人気を集め、それが現在まで伝わっているのである」とした。」

　＜日本人に対する敬意のこもった、客観記事。↓＞
　「・・・今日頭条は・・・「日本人が追い越した後にハザードランプを点滅させる意味は何なのか」とする記事を掲載した。
　記事は、日本へ旅行したことがある友人が「日本人は運転中に他車を追い越した時にハザードランプを点灯させる、これはどういう意味なのか」と疑問を持ったと紹介。そこで調べてみると、日本では追い越した後や道を譲ってもらった時にハザードランプを３秒ほど点灯させる習慣があることが分かったとしている。
　そして、理由について現地人に尋ねてみると「感謝の意思を示すため。日本文化では他人に迷惑を掛けることを恐れるが、追い越しは他人にとっては迷惑なこと。相手が不快感を抱かぬよう、ハザードランプを点灯して感謝を示すのだ」、「追い抜いた車に車間距離を保つよう促すため」との回答があったとし、「いずれにしても、追い抜いた車に対するあいさつなのだ」と説明した。
　一方、中国ではハザードランプは事故や故障、霧や大雨などの悪天候、砂嵐などの危険な状況を後方の車両に教えるために使われると紹介。「もし日本人の習慣に学んで追い越し後にハザードランプをつけたら、きっと後ろの車は前方でアクシデントが発生したと思うはずだ。しかも、前の車にならってハザードランプを点滅させるという気まずい状況を引き起こす可能性がある」としている。」

1.[“スタートボタン”]上で右クリック→展開したメニューの[システム(Y)]をクリックしてください。[設定]ウィンドウが開きます。
2.下掲画像右の赤枠の部分でバージョンが確認できます。(下掲の画像は少し古いWindows10の画像ですので、太田さんのWindos10の画面とは少し異なると思います。)
　現在の最新バージョンは、[バージョン]は[1703]、[OSビルド]は[15063.540]です。

　富士通旧は[15063.483]でしたが、本日、後で、長期間つけっぱなしにするので、その時アップデートされるかもしれません。
　NECは、そもそも、[設定]ウィンドウになりません。
　デスクトップで「windows10アップデート」的なアイコンを「発見」・・今までなかったように思う・・したので、それをクリックしたところ、「10586を15063にアップデートします」的な表示が出て来て、現在、それを実行中です。
　　（その後、５時間近くになるけど、チョーゆっくりの進行で、まだ完了しません（？！）。（太田）
　次に「封筒型のアイコン」に関してですが、「封筒型のアイコン」とは下記の画像のものでしょうか。
　もし、上記のアイコンであれば、おそらくはWindows10に最初から入っているストアアプリのメールソフトのアイコンであろうと思います。
　右クリックメニューに、[タスクバーからピン留めを外す]があれば、それをクリックして、タスクバーから外してください。
⇒Dell、Epson、富士通新、富士通旧、でやっておきました。
　NECではそんなアイコンが出ていないのでスルーしました。（太田）
